This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Atobase Trans LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the customer ("you," "your") who engages with our services. By using our transportation, logistics, and SMS communication services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of:

  • Freight transportation and logistics services.

  • SMS notifications and communications.

  • Customer support services.

By continuing to use our services, you accept the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

2.1 Service Availability

  • We operate 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted services.

  • Service availability depends on traffic, weather, carrier schedules, and regulatory approvals.

  • We do not transport prohibited, illegal, hazardous, or perishable goods unless explicitly agreed upon.

  • All shipments must comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

✔ Comply with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Pay all applicable fees and charges.

You must not:

Failure to comply may result in service cancellation or legal action.

4. SMS Communication Agreement

We provide SMS communication to improve customer experience by offering updates, notifications, and support.

4.1 Consent & Opt-In Process

By providing your phone number to Atobase Trans LLC, you:

✅ Understand that message frequency may vary.
✅ Acknowledge that standard carrier messaging and data rates may apply.

How Customers Opt-In

Customers can opt in to SMS notifications by:

  • Submitting their phone number through an online form with an opt-in checkbox.

  • Verbally consenting during a phone call.

The opt-in language includes:

4.2 Types of SMS Messages

Upon subscribing, customers may receive SMS messages related to:

4.3 Opt-Out Process

Customers may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon opting out:

  • No further SMS messages will be sent.

  • A confirmation message will be sent verifying successful opt-out.

  • Customers may re-enroll by sending START to (877) 362-2855.

5. Fees & Payments

5.1 Payment Terms

  • All fees will be communicated before service confirmation.

  • Payments must be made in full using approved methods:

5.2 Late Payments & Penalties

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or result in service suspension.

  • Losses arising from incorrect shipping information provided by customers.

  • Any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.

6.2 Service Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Delivery on a specific date/time.

  • That services will be free from interruptions or errors.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ohio, United States.

8.3 No Class Actions

Customers waive their right to file class-action lawsuits against Atobase Trans LLC.

9. Modifications to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.

Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
